Suitable for replacing hydraulic with mechanical lifters, for models with hydraulic lifters before 2008.

Pros (Why it is done):
Reliability: The original hydraulic lifters of the old model (with a thin thread of 18 mm) often fail, lose pressure or become clogged. Mechanical bolts are "eternal".
Engine stability:
The characteristic rattling during morning start-up disappears until the oil is added, as well as the "rattling" at idle if a hydraulic lifter is not working properly.
Easy repair:
Valve adjustment is done using the classic method (with a lift meter or indicator), which every Lada mechanic knows. 
Cons and risks:
Noise: The engine becomes a bit noisier ("clicks"), since mechanical lifters require technological clearance. 
Maintenance:
Valve adjustment is required every 10,000 - 15,000 km.
Shaft:
Some users claim that the profile of the camshaft for hydraulic lifters (21214) is slightly different from that for mechanical ones (2101), but practice shows that the car works quite normally with the original shaft after replacement.

Oil line:
When installing this kit, the old oil rail (tubes) for the hydraulics must be removed and the oil supply hole to it must be plugged (usually with a special bolt/plug).
Clearances:
It is generally recommended to adjust to "tight 0.15 mm" for all valves when the engine is cold.
Quality:
The kit with number 210101007075 is considered standard and reliable, as long as the bolts are well hardened.
